“Great stay to be so close to the lake. Provided plenty of lake accessories so you would need to pack minimal equipment. The pictures are a little deceiving as you are on top of a steep hill with Route 39 (which is busy) between the house and dock. We brought our dogs who are well behaved and stay pretty close. I would be concerned if my dog did not have good recall or young children. However, being situated on top of the hill provides a nice view! ”

“The location was perfect for our needs, the view was phenomenal and Anthony was a great host. We came up for a wedding and he even provided us with wine and coffee upon checkin! Such a nice surprise. The space was clean, really well decorated and the beds were comfy. I booked here because I was baking 700 cookies for my friend’s wedding, and the kitchen was the perfect setup for this. Plenty of counter space, nice big fridge and oven. And in between baking, it was lovely to sit outside with this...

“Beautiful house and amazing location. In the bedrooms, it really feels like you are in a tree house. The house is secluded but it's within 10min of New Paltz, Gardiner, and Minnewaska. Perfect to unplug for a long weekend. ”

“We had a really nice stay at the house! It’s clean and very well maintained. 5 min drive to New Paltz and less than half hour drive to Mohonk or Minnewaska state parks. Fenced-in backyard is such a huge plus if you bring your dog (we had to leave ours behind unfortunately) - not manly properties offers this feature! ”
