“Things are broken in some rooms”

“Hotel had an issue and was totally shut down. I was not informed. I showed up to find the place closed down, finding a number posted in the office window, called and was told I would get a refund. After scrambling to find a room somewhere else, it took forever just to get a refund.”

“Inside was very clean and welcoming. We booked during cold weather so we didnt use any outdoor amenities. Great spot for a short getaway. Only thing we didn't like were the beds. The mattresses were very uncomfortable upstairs. Other than that we had a great weekend stay at this beautiful home. ”

“The actual space was much larger than I anticipated which was a nice surprise! The host took great care in personalizing our stay. When booking I shared we were in town for a large volleyball tournament happening in Oshkosh, and when we arrived there was a basket with volleyball socks, lollipops and straw covers! “This house was exactly what we needed! We work 10-12 hour days and need comfortable accommodations when we get off work. It had some of the best beds I’ve ever slept in and lots of hot water! The house was very clean and had everything we needed to just live there for two weeks. ”

“Bar soap or body soap should be provided as well as kleenex. King bed needs linens that fit as well as a new mattress. Host response was immediate as far as gaining access to house.”
