the host rached was very welcoming met us at the apartment even after our flight was delayed the apartment is lovely and cosy and has everything you need in a quiet area yet very close to the old town and palladium shopping centre also lovely restauranst nearby area felt safe i would highly recommend racheds place

Rached’s excellent taste in design and comfort of the apartment made our stay very comfortable. The location was right in the heart-of old Prague. He even offered transportation to-and from the airport. I can’t thank him enough. We loved Prague so much, we plan on returning next year. We definitely will reach out to Rached for our rental. Everything about this property was excellent, great location, quiet street but very close to Old Town square, shopping, restaurants, sites, etc. The apartment was very clean and spacious, and communication with the host was very easy and they responded quickly to any questions. Truly as advertised and we would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Prague. We did not visit the winery so that's why we gave it three stars. We had a great long weekend in Prague, beautiful city and thank you for hosting us!

The apartment was wonderful! It was very clean and well appointed... it had everything we needed. The location is perfect! We walked everywhere. It is very close to Old Town and within walking distance to great restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores, but was still in a quiet neighborhood. Rached was a wonderful host and responded quickly to questions and changes to our timeline. We would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment and would stay here again if we ever return to Prague.

First visit to Prague

Great apartment! Large, modern, walking distance to center square and tram. Outstanding communication with Rached who allowed a late checkout. Many extras like spices, napkins and coffee machine with plenty of coffee beans. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable an Clean - would stay again

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely city! The apartment was comfortable and had relatively easy access to the main sites. (It is not on the square) It was also conveniently close to some fantastic restaurants. While "luxury" might be a bit of a stretch, the space had everything we needed for our stay. Since we were there for an extended period, having access to extra towels and blankets would’ve been a nice touch—but thankfully, the onsite washer and dryer made it manageable. All in all, a great home base for exploring Prague!

Excellent all Around

From start to end this was an excellent experience. We used the airport pickup service which was great. Rached met us at the door and took the time to show us around and answer all our questions. The apartment itself is large, comfortable, clean and has everything you will need for a short or long stay. Even an actual clothes dryer, which is great if you're on the go for some time. The location is great, just a couple of minutes to the tram to get to the train station, and easily walkable to the Old Town. We would certainly recommend this apartment, to anyone.

A gift for Xmas

We rented this apartment for our 5 day stay in Praha during the period of the Xmas Markets. This superb apartment offering exactly what is described on the Vrbo site, was absolutely well located to visit the numerous Xmas Markets as well as the whole of the historical sectors of the City itself. We must also underline the professionalism of the host Rached to whom we say thank you.

Short break

The best thing about this property is the location. Perfect to explore Prague and close to many restaurants. The apartment was clean and as described and communication with the property owner/manager was excellent. The only thing we would fault is the heating in the apartment. There is a note on the controls informing you not to touch the settings which is fine however we found that at times it was too warm in the apartment and then early evening the heating would go off for a while and it would be slightly cool so would have been nice to able to control the thermostat. I also feel a house manual would be really helpful particularly with using appliances ect Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.
