Amazing apartment located in the heart of Prague! Perfect for groups or families.
You`ll love this apartment located on Wenceslas Square and walking distance to the main train station. Enjoy the best of Prague on foot, just 10 minutes to Old Town Square and 2 minutes from the Jubilee Synagogue! The apartment is surrounded by traditional Czech restaurants where you can try famous Czech Pilsner and guláš. You can also stop for a coffee in one of the many trendy international cafes. The apartment is situated on the courtyard which makes it very quiet and perfect for a good nights sleep!

The apartment is 45 square meters featuring two bedrooms. One has a king bed with a TV and the other has a king bed with a sofa. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for stay at home meals.

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs that may cause many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!

Clean towels (1 large and 1 small per guest) & bedding

Hair & body shampoo and hand soap

Dishwashing detergent, sponge, paper towel

Toilet paper (at least 2 rolls)

The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center (Opletalova 30, 110 00 Prague 1) – open 24/7!
All necessary instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.

Please follow our house rules, take good care of the apartment, and respect the neighbors. Violating house rules will result in termination of your rental agreement.

Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment.

Pets are allowed only with prior approval.

No parties allowed. Please do not disturb other residents.

Quiet hours must be respected in accordance with Czech law. Keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00.

Communication will primarily take place via the platform used for booking.

Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out.

Follow the trash disposal instructions and any provided guidance for using the apartment’s appliances.

Take care of your keys. In case of loss, contact the emergency number provided. Guests are responsible for key-related issues.
1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 200 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
