“Great location in Bellevue”

“one important reason that i booked this is because it has a 10 out of 10 rating from expedia. when i arrived there ,i realized its google map rating is like 3.5. The real property name is hidden in expedia when i booked.”

“Charming island community with convenient rail into Seattle.”

“They didnt have a room for me due to a fire, and I was stuck paying for an expensive uber to get there to be turned away. I then had to find another last minute place to stay hours before my plane home. All hotel prices were jacked up to 3x the price it would have been when I originally booked. No one gave me any notice that there would be no room ahead of time. I was extremely frustrated and broke down after a weary day of travel. I thought I was going to have to just spend the night homeless...

“Overall, the property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. Tom was a friendly, accommodating host who made the stay easy and enjoyable. The only drawback is that it’s an older home, so sound carries quite easily between the upper level and the basement suite. If you’re looking for a very quiet stay, it’s worth knowing that footsteps and TV noise from upstairs are noticeable, and the hosts were typically awake until after 11:00 p.m. Light sleepers may want to keep this in...

“It started with a glitch on Expedia app showing after I booked the hotel was called King Bed, which was incorrect. We called them and after many attempts found out it was Lake Washington Inn. The location was the absolute worst in the middle of massive road construction. We arrive at the front desk at 2:45pm and a girl at the desk said it would cost use $10 to check in early. Early? 15min? So we sat in our car for 12minutes. When we went back in at exactly 3:00 she had checked in someone else!...

“Photo of couch has been edited. It’s half the size of the picture. There is no lighting down walk way to the place. Best of luck finding parking anywhere close by. Be careful climbing the ladder to the bed as the ceiling is about 3’ high when you get to the top. The location is really good. It was clean. Definitely not a place I’d rent again.”

“issue with entering into the parking stall -Garage. I was not able to get in with the clicker. ”

“Easy access, owner quickly responsive to texts and messages. Well equipped and very clean property. Quiet, close to trails. Only item to get fixed: garage door opener. Will come back to this property.”
