“As a fellow VRBO owner, I felt the ID requirements and such were a bit much. I felt like it was a TSA Pre-Check situation...and I have TSA precheck. The insurance and deposit should cover the owner just fine to avoid this concern. The stay was pleasant and the place was spotless. It was some good downtime, even though it was a work trip. Vince, the owner, was very quick to respond and helpful.”

“I have never been so excited to write a review. This place is perfect and magical, without exception. I won't spoil the surprises but DO THEM! They are amazing. This could go on; for every weather-created glitch, (it was very cold and rainy right before,) there was an immediate response and more than expected. The location was great - enough to feel isolated, but close enough for conveniences. Rooms were immaculate, the host and property manager were wonderful and communicative, everything...

“This pet friendly stay was great! Sean was a warm and friendly host. The nicely landscaped large backyard was fully fenced, bringing great joy to our two dogs after being cooped up in the car for the long trip. The house is close to I-405 but the traffic noise was hardly noticeable. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Highly recommend Sean and his place.”

“Location of unit was very central to downtown area of Seattle. It was about a 5 min walk to the nearest light rail station which I used to get to and from the airport. The water taxi and ferries to Bainbridge, Vashon and West Seattle are all 5 min walk across the street. Many great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance too.The unit was clean and very comfortable for two people. It had central heating and an AC unit if you stay in the hotter months. “It was cozy, clean, and so very cute with lots of outlets for all our devices and very cool lighting. The heater in the bathroom is at floor level so it heats up the tile nicely. It had welcome snacks and coffee/tea and filtered water. We enjoyed our time and would love to stay again in the future. It also has an EV charger.”
