"I liked that the cabin is fairly isolated. It was a great location to watch and photograph the Perseid meteor shower. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I did not like is the lack of running water at the cabin. A very minor issue for me as someone who has done a lot of camping. I would definitely consider staying here again some time. "

"We had a very nice long weekend here with teenagers. The beds were comfortable and the land was great for exploring! The kids enjoyed the endless pool. The showers had great pressure and the whirlpool was enjoyed by most - by it was a tub, not a hot tub. The kitchen, while manageable, could use some additions including spatulas, scrappers, cookie sheets - some items one might consider a staple. More practicable dinnerware and cups/glasses might be worth providing. We "figured" out how to work...

"Great night of rest but the free breakfast left a lot to be desired. They advertised 6am to 9am but i went to it at 630am, very little food was available. I managed tonget juice and coffee but there were only 2 yogurts in the frig and bowls of instant oatmeal available. No bread, no waffles, no fresh fruit and no pastries. Somebody dropped the ball."

Amazing rural farm and natural woods experience
"The house and land are amazing. The woods are filled with native plants and flowers with miles of hiking trails. The house is vintage and comfortable for modern living. The yard is open and has several comfortable seating areas including hammocks and a firepit. The animals are gentle and friendly for kids to interact with. The owners are friendly, helpful, and love their job as hosts! This is our second visit and we will be returning as often as we can!"
