“Excellent aesthetics, but the staff could be more knowledgeable and onsite reservations booked very quickly, we should have booked before our arrival or they should make special accommodations for guests staying at the hotel. The layout of the hotel was a bit odd and confusing, getting to the beach was a little challenging, but overall beautiful hotel and excellent location on Kauai. Would stay again.”

“We spent a month in this studio Condo in Princeville. We have stayed in Paniolo before but this time we were next to the golf course. We had everything we needed to make regular meals- we utilized the electric skillet and the hot plates the most.The swimming pool was the perfect temperature and kept very clean. It’s the best place to stay if you want to be close to a grocery store, shopping, restaurants and Hanalei. ”

“The host, Gigi, is a gem. She is very personable and communicative. The property is as described, yet a bit dated and a bit darker than the pictures portray. When in Hawaii you expect some bugs but we encountered quite a few more sugar ants than any of our 4 previous visits to Hawaii. The bathrooms were not as clean as we expected, thus the lower rating for cleanliness. We likely won't stay in Princeville again but I would not hesitate to rent another property from Gigi if the opportunity...
