Casas flotantes en Protaras

“We stayed for a weekend with our family (children aged 10 and 16), and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire hotel was immaculate, from the public areas to the bedrooms. The rooms were modern, stylish and exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly attentive and always on hand to see if we needed anything. The level of service was genuinely 5-star and made the whole stay feel that little bit more special. The main pool was lovely and well maintained, while the smaller...

“We had the best time. Loved location. Host was extremely helpful definitely booking again.”

“Amazing stay at this hotel, we would 100% return. We booked a partial sea view room and were upgraded to a full sea view room which was a lovely surprise, the view was great and the room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the staff in the restaurant. We had the all inclusive package, all drinks are included and the lunch menu in particular was great. The ONLY thing I disliked about the experience was that people were actually running for sun beds on a morning...

“First impressions were good , clean hotel and room , friendly staff and very relaxed . First evening we went for dinner and found it odd to not be greeted at restaurant doors or shown to a table or for someone to explain about dinner options Drink choices were very limited but what we did drink was good quality . Bar staff were very good and attentive . On our last day we went down to reception about late check out as we were told on check in we couldn’t book in advance . Reception told...

“Personal muy amable y servicial! Excelentes instalaciones.

“The property itself is perfectly adequate, with enough items to get by with. My issues were getting into the property, the response from the property just doesn't happen. If you've got questions good luck in finding the answers. They certainly don't respond through Expedia even though they tell you to message them on there. There is currently building work going on right at the side of the property, nobody informed me of this. Otherwise i wouldn't have booked this property and the builders...

“Excellent service, great people who are giving their best for a good service. The hotel is more a 4* rather than 5*. There is no iron in the room? Thats not normal for a 5*. The opening hours Of the gym and pool can be improved, they close when everybody arrives after the The gym has no weights! And in the pool the dishes are coming in polysteryne!! Not in a normal dish. ”

Klare Empfehlung!!!”

“All the staff were very helpful and understood any questions and resolved them well. The room was cleaned every day. Would stay again”

“The hotel is amazing, clean, good size, the pool was a good size. Check in was very smooth and easy. Room was spectacular and spacious, clean. There is so much cupboard space the mini fridge in the room was good. Food was amazing ”

“I emailed to inform them I was vegan. My first breakfast nothing for me. Improved on my 2nd breakfast. I would say all the food was average. ”

“The room cleaning could be improved, as it did not meet expectations. Additionally, basic amenities such as toothbrushes were not provided, which was disappointing.”
