“Wir haben das Haus und dessen Umgebung als gemütlich und ruhig empfunden, zusätzlich gut ausgestattet Bäder waren modern und gut ausgestattet. Das Haus war eine richtige Wohlfühloase. Ein kleines Manko war einzig die nur über Schotterpiste zu erreichende Location. Ich hoffe, mein Auto hat diese Strapaze gut überstanden. Wir würden den Aufenthalt inklusive Ansprechpartner gerne weiterempfehlen. Ach ja, zur besseren Nutzung der Küchengeräte (Geschirrspüler) wäre eine Gebrauchsanweisung vielleicht...

“This was my second place in Florence, and was our absolute favorite!!The house was beautiful and perfect for our needs. We were picking up my daughter from university and this house was close to everything we required. Need an affogato? Just around the corner!! Host was so kind to let us store our 9 pieces of luggage early. Warning: there are many stairs!! But do some squats and no problem. I plan to go back and stay here in a year or 2.”

“Claudio’s villa is excellent. Five of us stayed for four days and we found the property to be clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The views from the patio are excellent. The drive into Firenze is short enough that it’s not a deterrent but you’re far enough away from the city to enjoy the rural atmosphere. Claudio recommended a great local restaurant, Edy Piu, less than 10 minutes from the house that was fantastic. I will absolutely recommend this location to friends and family.”

“This beautiful old house in Greve is very charming and true to Italian style, made of stones. The downstairs room is a combination of bedroom and living with a TV, with access to the yard. There is bathroom downstairs. Upstairs has two connected rooms with queen size beds un each and one bathroom. Downstairs there's a good size kitchen with a fridge, stove, and a table. My only issue with the place was that there were no screens on the windows so when you opened them sometimes you'd get flies...
