Keys for pool/gym didn't work, although seems that this may be something that owner knew beforehand bc in check in instructions mentioned if they didn't work go to the front desk, which is something not easy to do at Zermatt.”

“We had a wonderful visit to SLC. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing in this roomy, clean and modern home. Everything was as expected. The host was friendly and responsive and the location was convenient for our agenda. It is about a 15-20 min walk to Fairmont Park (has a dog park) and another 5-10 min walk to the main part of Sugar House. Highly recommend an early walk to and around Sugar House Park in the warm months. It is a quick drive from the house to downtown SLC and easy access to...

“Se me hizo muy pequeño el lugar donde me hospedé por la cantidad que pagué, en las fotos parecía un apartamento más grande, encima no está incluido el servicio de limpieza se me hace fatal con lo mucho que pagas, entiendo que estás al pie de la montaña pero me pareció que el precio no fue justo para lo que me ofrecieron. ”

“Awkward, tight layout. When table is open the fridge can only be opened part way. Have to stand on a padded footstool to reach pots or pans. Also very hard to reach glasses/dishes. Thermostat is next to only window so sleep temp is very hard to control as it's 67 even with the heat off. Bed is comfortable. Resort shuttle is very good and free. Ski valet is very good and boot locker room. No way could more than 2 people fit though. Only place to store suitcases was up high above the closets. ...

“Booked for two days and was forced to check out at 10am the next day and recheck in later. Missed morning of skiing and family time to repack everything and had to store my luggage in the lobby and wait for recheck. Lost money time and host only promised compensation but no longer responded. Please save your time and money, go somewhere else and BEWARE of this host!”

“Unfortunately we could not get any communication back from the property managers. When we arrived the amenity keys didnt work along with the fireplace in the room. The room itself had a terrible urine type smell we couldnt get rid of even with doors open to air out the room. There was also not enough bedding for the pullout sofa. Hotel itself was great- room not so much.”
