The locksmith service, opening doors during the stay or loss of keys will entail an additional cost proportional to each situation.



In the event that we incur a locksmith expense due to misuse of the keys, the guest will be fully responsible for the cost of this service.



Extra textiles and cleaning during the stay must be requested in advance and will incur a surcharge.



IMPORTANT NOTE: The private parking service in the building is no longer available for our guests. There are plenty of spaces on the street where they can park their vehicle.
