“The property is well laid out, clean, quiet, and safe, away from the bustle and noise of Kahului. Why not 5 stars? We arrived late at night after a long flight from the mainland. Our assigned room had been programmed with the correct door code, but it was not ready for occupancy; it had not been cleaned or “turned over” from the previous renter. “The apartment was a great size with two bedrooms and 2 baths, laundry was a bonus. Centrally located with beautiful views.”

“Nice/clean unit with big kitchen and bathroom. The garden was so beautiful. We arrived late at night, so it was hard to find the unit because of the darkness. The instruction to get the key/code seemed confusing to me, so I had to call the manager to come over to help. It was a comfortable stay. Thank you!”

“I had such a lovely experience here! The condo is designed well, comfortable and has everything you need for your trip (including beach chairs and towels!). The AC units were effective but mostly I had the back door open to let the breeze in. The location is incredible - steps away from the beach (Kuau Cove) and an amazing local general store with great coffee, snacks, and goods (Kuau Store). You are so close to the town of Paia and Baldwin beach as well as the start to the road to Hana....

“Pristine stay in an unbeatable Paia location I had a wonderful stay at Hale Nihi. The property was absolutely pristine, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with all of the amenities advertised. For me, though, the real standout was the location. You can easily walk to Mana Foods for groceries, as well as seemingly endless restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping in the heart of Paia.
