“Servicio de limpieza solo una vez durante la estadía de 4 noches. Pedimos toallas en dos ocasiones y nunca fueron entregadas. Hasta cuando van a seguir usando Covid para no limpiar las habitaciones todos los días? Propiedad es fantastica, muy bien mantenida. No justifica pagar un precio tan slto por noche y no tener todos los servicios. Hawai es muy complicado para viajar en este momento. Rental car aceptan reservas y no tienen autos. Buena suerte para consiguir taxis ”

“The property was very nice and clean . Great views of ocean. The pool was a perfect temperature and the beach also perfect. The host gave information pertinent to the property so there was no need to contact them .”

“Thermostat could not be set lower than 72 degrees which was sometimes too hot in the Villa. Security around the pool was rude with telling us that pool hours ended. Otherwise, great location ”

“We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this property. It was plenty of space for two couples and an amazing location. I was able to walk to surf hanalei and also walking distance to multiple beautiful beaches. It is also right next to the gorgeous 1 Hotel property with its amenities of coffee shops and restaurants. Easy checkin, easy to find, well equipped. Highly recommend and would stay again. ”

“Our stay at Ocean Villa 217 at Turtle Bay was absolutely amazing. The villa is beautifully decorated, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The oceanfront view is breathtaking, and waking up to the sound of the waves was unforgettable.The Turtle Bay complex offers excellent infrastructure, with great pools, well-maintained common areas, and a peaceful, beautiful atmosphere. Everything exceeded our expectations.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this villa for anyone looking...
