“We arrived at this cute home after 24 hours of travel. We were so exhausted and were going to go out to dinner but had zero energy. We realized the owner had left us some staple groceries including a loaf of bread, and jelly. I had packed a tub of peanut butter and some chips in my luggage so we had the best PBJs and relaxed! Bonus there was even a bottle of wine in the fridge :) The view around the back was spectacular.”

“Great property for our 2 night stay. Hobbiton around 20 minutes away by car. Plenty of restaurants in nearby Matamata. We particularly liked The Osteria recommended by Kylie our host. The property is spotlessly clean. Kylie provided us with a continental breakfast with freshly baked bread and homemade yoghurt. Kylie was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend ”

“This is a very modern sleek townhouse. The parking is difficult unless you have a very small car. We did have on street parking which worked for the size of the van we had. The street however was very busy and could be difficult to get in and out of. The living space was wonderful. I didn't realize it was not right downtown in the are of tourism. It did have many convenient take aways and stores close by. Wilson was great to communicate with. Kitchen was minimally stocked. Worked for the time...

“It was perfect! Definitely one of the best stays we have had. And will be the comparison in the future. It was beautifully decorated. And comfortable. So comfortable! The kitchen was excellently outfitted for cooking, along with a Nespresso and all the trappings for coffee. The pantry was so well organized. The beds were super comfortable and showers were wonderful too. The gym equipment in the garage was put to use and very much appreciated too. Check-in was a breeze and Elliot was so helpful...
