Inside, bright open living spaces with a 75" smart TV flow through sliding doors to the lanai and BBQ patio, and four bedrooms sleep up to 14 guests: a king suite, two queen bedrooms, and a bunk room with two triple bunk beds (three levels each). An electric fireplace warms cool evenings.

Burnt Store Golf Club and Yucca Pens Preserve are about 3 minutes away, Heritage Landing Golf Club minutes more, and historic downtown Punta Gorda — Fishermen's Village, waterfront dining, the harborwalk and galleries — is about 15 minutes. Please note there is no private dock or boat lift at the house.
