This house was absolutely beautiful and spotless. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our only regret was not having more time to enjoy the pool and all the wonderful amenities the home had to offer. Troy was always quick to answer any questions we had. This property was amazing! Also considering the price, the amenities, and how well taken care of the home was I could not believe the deal we got. My family loved the pool that was used every single day well into the night. Also the covered pool was a must during this time of year as the bugs were out in full force. We loved watching the lizards climbing over the enclosure as well. My daughter thinks they are cute. Also the owner provided large quality beach towels that were a great help with the kids constant pool usage. Also the canal behind the house was great for fishing where my wife and I went out every night to fish and have a few drinks. We actually saw giant catfish, stingray and even a dolphin one morning. Extremely fun just to sit and see what would swim by. Lastly the host was so easy talk to and provided answers to any questions I had in a very timely manner. I am already looking at booking this home again for our next vacation.

We have family in PG that we try to visit as often as we can, so we've stayed in quite a few houses in the isles, but this house was BY FAR the best house we've ever stayed in! Extremely clean, soft and clean bed linens, plenty of towels, had everything we needed in the kitchen, no dirty dishes at all, the pool/ping pong table was a great addition, the pool was a perfect temperature! All the light switches, fans, remotes were labeled so there was no question what each switch did. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. We were so sad to leave! We really hope this house will be available again the next time we go to PG!

Relaxation

We started as 6 vacationers and due to circumstances just ended up myself and my granddaughter. The pool, the view, the game table, and the location made it great. The beds were so comfortable, a very big deal for me. House had everything needed to make it feel like home.

Beautiful place

House was in a great location and near fisherman’s village. We spent a lot of time at in the evening. Had a great time fishing. Had beach chairs and pool floats and umbrella and coolers to make our stay a bit easier.

Home away from home!

Property was very well maintained. Location was great as long as you aren’t in the “party” scene, which we weren’t, so it was perfect. About 45 minutes to the beach (Boca Grande). Town about 15 mins away to get groceries, eat out, etc. House was clean and all linens and towels were clean. Pool was perfect the entire week we were there. Fish in the canal behind the house. Always scared that the listing isn’t what the property actually looks like, but this was spot on!!

Amazing home

House is peaceful right on the water. Having morning, coffee and looking out over the Cal it’s amazing. Not a detail was left undone. We will welcome with coffee and some goodies from Troy and we’re even able to check in early. The house is decorated so beautifully. It is within walking distance of a great café for breakfast or lunch and authentic New York pizza place as well as many little shops. The Punta Gorda nature preserve was a treat within walking distance. Fisherman’s village is nearby and we did a bike on the beach cannot say enough About the host who is accessible at all times when we had some questions. Waking up every morning and swimming in the pool was just so relaxing. We will definitely be back again.

Awesome Place!

We loved this place! Stayed for a few weeks and in no time felt like home. Great Pool which we were in ALOT, great location and close to everything, the house has it all, the blender got some use.

Very Nice Property

Property was well maintained We had no issues with cleanliness and felt very comfortable staying there. As a couple in our late 70's we had an issue with the logistics of the pool and outside set up which required us to exit the pool area, and go down stairs to the lounge area, We had a minor issue with the number of glasses in the kitchen area (we bought plastic cups to use). Overall, however, a nice experience although the pool set up will keep us from coming back.
