At 390 metres above sea level, the villa is surrounded by an olive finca and many tropical plants in an ideal and privileged climate zone with only a few minutes' walk to the cliff. The picturesque village of Puntagorda is just a 5-minute drive away and has many different supermarkets, an organic food shop, a bakery, various cafés and restaurants and a pharmacy. The Puerto de Puntagorda, a small rocky bay with swimming and fishing opportunities right by the sea, is about 10 minutes away by car.
The modern and very cosy renovated Villa Magica not only offers every comfort and luxury on 65 sqm, but also a spectacular view of the sea and the beautiful Atlantic coast from all rooms. Large panoramic windows ensure that the rooms are flooded with light and literally bring nature into the interior of the villa. All rooms have underfloor heating. The large, open-plan living/kitchen area with conservatory includes a white BOSCH kitchen with extra silence dishwasher, induction hob, oven and fridge-freezer in combination with a real wood counter and bar stools. All pots, crockery, cutlery and glasses are of brand quality and guarantee stylish cooking. In the living area, two white leather sofas with a wooden/glass table invite you to read and linger in comfort. A large curved screen allows you to enjoy an evening of television with all German and foreign ASTRA programmes. In the bedroom there is a custom-made double bed with orthopaedic natural rubber mattresses, which adapt perfectly to the individual body and ensure a relaxing night's sleep. The pillows and duvets are filled with silk and camel fluff and covered with organic bed linen to ensure the best sleeping conditions. A wardrobe, a comfortable chair and modern touch-screen lamps as well as a unique view over the large olive grove and the sea round off this room for rest and relaxation. The bathroom impresses with a modern, floor-to-ceiling glass shower with rainwater shower head and fantastic sea views beyond the window to the bedroom. The washbasin and all bathroom cabinets are German brand quality and offer sufficient space for all utensils. A hairdryer and hand, shower and bath towels are also provided. Free Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth BOSE sound system can also be used via mobile phone for individual musical wishes throughout the finca.
The beautiful outdoor area under the large Canarian palm tree consists of several terraces with different seating options and a 180-degree view of the glittering sea, framed by the flowering tropical plants. The 3.00 x 7.00 metre private infinity pool invites you to take a relaxing dip with a fantastic view and the wooden deck with a large sunbathing area and cosy relaxing furniture is perfect for sunbathing. A warm outdoor shower and cosy lounge furniture round off the chill-out feeling and a stone bench invites you to enjoy a sundowner with spectacular sunsets all year round. The large, fenced-in finca area covers approx. 8,000 square metres with olives, citrus fruits, bananas, mangoes, agaves, figs, guavas, a cactus garden, as well as aloe, palm trees and ornamental plants of all kinds. Our guests are welcome to pick ripe fruit! The spectacular secluded location with marvellous panoramic views make the villa the perfect place for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. The special location is also suitable for naturists.
The landlords pay attention to sustainability: the villa is supplied with quasi-autonomous electricity. This is provided by a 5.4 KWp photovoltaic system and a suitably sized battery pack. At the same time, a backup system ensures that there are no restrictions to the power supply. The holiday villa has a charging station for electric cars for free charging with the available surplus energy. This means that the free service provided by the landlords requires that sufficient surplus energy is available to charge the electric cars. The charging stations are programmed accordingly so that any surplus energy generated is available for charging the electric cars. The villa is situated in a great secluded location on a headland bordering a ravine approx. 3 km below Puntagorda. The house is easily accessible via a tarred road. However, a hire car is essential. There are many different shops and restaurants in the tranquil town of Puntagorda on the west coast of La Palma. The municipality of Puntagorda is a true idyll for hikers, nature lovers, anglers and connoisseurs of local produce. The elongated village is nestled between green hills and Mediterranean gardens at an altitude of around 600 metres. There you will find all the important facilities such as the town hall, churches, post office, bank, health centre, tourist information, shops and bars. The entire north-west is one big hiking area with wild ravines, dragon trees, extensive pine forests, secluded beaches and sea pools in the cliffs of the steep coast. The path up to the Roque de los Muchachos at 2,426 metres above sea level and several small mountain villages, where time seems to stand still, is also very close by. During almond blossom, Puntagorda and its neighbouring villages of Tinizara and Las Tricias are covered in a magical white and pink veil of flowers. A dreamlike backdrop that is well worth seeing!
