The beach directly behind the house is nice but there is a steep drop in the beach that makes it not conducive for swimming. You need to walk down a bit to get to a usable area. Not an issue for us. “The property was super nice and quiet for a quick getaway from the tourist attractions but the surrounding area needs a lot help from the local community. We encountered many homeless people living near the beach . One night we were woken up by a homeless women yelling super loud through out the beach. Nothing scary just annoying. Please note the condo is perfect but the homeless people are slowly embarking the beach area making it not pretty. ”

“This was a wonderful haven for us to make great memories as a family! It rained a lot while we were there, and we were not concerned at all because the home is built on stilts. It is the perfect location to arrange of fine attractions,! the local college and Temple.Were a couple issues with the hot water heater and the dryer, attention came fast and we were comfortable with the other parts of the accommodations.Overall, we would highly recommend that you consider staying here!”

“Beautiful place to stay. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. Coming from Alaska the air conditioners were on point and help us adjust easier to the heat. “It’s a great place for a small family. There was four of us and it worked well especially with the kids being younger. We were only there to eat and sleep, so it worked. It’s a little more of a drive to restaurants and activities. We are always wanting to stay away from the bigger city and this was perfect. Great location with access to the beach. Had some basic beach equipment available to use. Hoping for future visits able to stay here again. ”

“Our family really enjoyed staying on the North Shore in this home. When contacted, Nadia was helpful and accommodating. One thing we didn’t realize was that the home had a separate condo above the garage and part of the home. Those who lived there were very respectful, we were just surprised the first night when we heard footsteps above us. This would not change our decision to stay here. “Our stay was very nice. The view was wonderful. The house was very spacious for our family. We had 8 adults, a 2 year old and a 5 month old and it was perfect for our family.
