The walk down to the river behind the resort is also enjoyable. The room and the facilities show their age a bit, but that did not bother me at all. “The grounds are filled with amazing gardens kept by the gardener "Agung". Dayu Made and her team cater to your every need, nothing is too much for them. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night honeymoon stay and made good friends with all the staff. The Bales (buildings) have lots of character and are finished to a very high standard. “The place was surrounded by tranquil and rustic rice fields. Our room was by the shared pool overlooking the rice fields and greenery in the distance. Villages were nearby. It was so peaceful and relaxing. A complete break from the mad world 😎
There were a few reasonable restaurants nearby. You could actually walk on the side of the road without being run over, unlike other parts of Bali.

“Absolutely Beautiful place to stay in Ubud! Not in the center but very close. You are surrounded by rice terraces in the area!
The villa was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool especially! We had a swim at morning, sunset and night and all equally beautiful sights! There are only 3 villas so far which meant that you are in the peace and quiet.
