“This property was very unique and a great place to stay, especially after visiting the Hobbiton Movie Set earlier in the day. The rooms did smell a little like “Middle Earth” when we arrived, but the fans were running and the owners were obviously trying to deal with the problem which was much appreciated. “We really enjoyed our 2 days here despite the cool weather. The kitchen was amazing and had lots of extras. The only negative is that there is no table although there is one folding one outside that can be used.”
