“First time in Shanghai and the hotel wa located close to family so it was perfect. We stayed twice. Once in old wing and once in new wing. Both are lovely but newer wing a bit more updated. Stat were great. The breakfast options were incredible. Very walkable community. Good vibes.”

“Laundry room was excellent, detergent not required made it easy for customers. Overall the hotel was excellent, employees were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good, would recommend the hotel to all”

“Staff were wonderful during our one-night stay during a busy national holiday: professional, proficient, but also proactively friendly and helpful. Much thanks to Lynda, Tom, Michael, and pretty much everyone we encountered. A very special thanks to Lynable, whose friendly welcome and farewell at check-in and check-out bookended very nice impressions of our brief but very pleasantly memorable stay. Thanks!”
