“Apartamento súper amplio, con todo lo necesario, moderno y cercano a los sitios de interés. Excelente opción. Solo considerar que la cama queen es chica para una pareja o para compartir entre hijos; en este viaje fue muy funcional pues viaje solo con mi hijo y por tanto cada quien tenía su espacio y cama propia pero de haber ido toda la familia el tamaño hubiese sido incómodo. ”

“El loft está ubicado en el medio de la vieja Quebec! Puedes hacer todo caminando. Tiene de todo, hasta lavadora y secadora, lavavajillas. La decoración moderna y muy cómodo! El único detalle fue que el baño del primer piso no estaba bien hecho, el resto estaba impecable!”

“We loved our stay here in this beautiful and spacious condo. The central location afforded us many opportunities to shop and eat at some truly wonderful establishments. Our granddaughter especially loved the indoor amusement rides at the mall. We didn’t lack for anything, and the communication with our host was excellent! Definitely would stay here again!!”

“J’ai adoré mon séjour malgré de petits détails qui pourrait facilement être amélioré. La propreté des murs entre autre. On voit beaucoup de coulisses. Rien pour faire la vaisselle. Pas de savon pour lave-vaisselle, pas de lavette, pas de plateau pour faire sécher et juste un linge. Toilette ne flush pas car fil du clapet cassé. Tout cela dans le but de toujours s’améliorer car je garde un excellent souvenir de mon séjour.”

“Great neighborhood. Super clean & trendy apartment. Easy to access and very close drive to main attractions of the city. Back stairs of the apartment to the car parking don’t feel super safe or up to code so better to use front entrance when possible, especially when bringing in any luggage or carrying heavy things. Great coffee across the street at the corner cafe!”

We cooked in one night and the kitchen had everything we needed for a delicious meal. The location is ideal, and we found ourselves walking everywhere to enjoy the area. “Located 3 very short blocks from Rue St-Jean within walking distance of the walled city. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. We had no car but used the local buses to go to Sainte-Foy several times. Tickets are available from local shops. Google Maps is very good to find routes and schedule. The kitchen of the property is well equiped. A baby chair and bed were on site although this was not listed nor communicated to us in advance. We used the washer and dryer for our laundry. “This apartment is beautiful, very clean and full of amenities. The owner was very thoughtful furnishing with everything that you might need away from home. I was very pleased to find a few coffee pods available after my 6 hours driving. Besides the detailed instructions still confusing for first time travelers to Quebec City finding the parking, however was very satisfied to have it included. Overall a very good place to stay. ”

“Je ne peux pas faire assez de compliments à notre hôte, David. Notre séjour a été exceptionnel à tous égards. Les instructions sur le condo, le parking et l'emplacement du bâtiment étaient parfaites. L'appartement lui-même était impeccable et exactement comme le montrent les nombreuses photos fournies. Petits bémols: l'éclairage de notre unité était un peu trop fort (pas de possibilité de jouer avec la force des lumières dans la cuisine) et l'eau n'est pas bien bonne au goût. Ce ne sont que de bien maigres insatisfactions, car c'est vraiment un endroit bien équipé et charmant.”

“Poner la calefacción a pesar de que nos dieron indicaciones fue todo un reto. Muy complicado hacerlo. No pudimos nunca poner la calefacción en una temperatura agradable. O estaba congelado o estaba súper caliente. Por todo lo demás la pasamos divino. El apartamento muy bien situado.”
