“Owner initially took days to answer us but closer to the stay date was extremely responsive and cooperative. The place is old but maintained well. However, we did not get the unit we rented. We were upgraded to the ground floor unit for logistics issues. The owner forgot to turn the heat back on and the air conditioning was still in the window with the plastic insultation on the sides completly riped off. We were able to put our hands outside... Still the host was very helpful and had someone...

“C’était pour une semaine à Montréal et ses environs. Location a plusieurs voyageurs. Chacun a son intimité, sa télé, son lit et sa salle de bain. Très bien entretenu! Super propre. Une cuisine commune permettant de se faire de petits plats le matin et au soir pour nous. Ça nous a plu de Séjourner à cette adresse. Nous étions véhiculés, mais il s’agit d’un coin très bien desservi. Un supermarché pas loin à pied. Autour des dépanneurs ça c’est chouette!!! Merci beaucoup !”

“Our group of 9 adults had a great week in late June. The property is in a super location in the heart of Old Montreal, and Alaa, the host, was thoughtful and helpful for any questions we had. The entry, at street level, has two couches and a shoe rack, leading to the stairs to the main sleeping area on the building’s 2nd floor. The property has plenty of bedrooms (6) on the 2nd floor, where there are also 2 full bathrooms (toilet, sink, shower), plus a washer/dryer. The upper level (3rd floor)...

“Nous étions 10 et tous ont bien aimé le gîte. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée, propre et confortable. Le spa a été très apprécié après le ski au mont Blanc qui est tout près. Les enfants se sont amusés avec les jeux et jouets.”

Tout était tel qu’indiqué sur le site. C’est un endroit calme. Un chevreuil est même venu nous rendre visite dans la cour arrière. Quel bonheur !”
