“Steve and Tatiana were excellent and attentive hosts. We had a minor problem starting the jacuzzi and within 30 minutes they had it up and running. Along with the comfortable modern home interior and beautiful refreshing pool, the back yard it set with a grill, fire feature and great night lighting with many outdoor games that kept us entertained. If we are back in Tempe, we will definitely be looking up this place first. ”

“The communication with the property management team was terrible. The pool table was rickety and placed improperly so you could not use it. The ball game was broken. The treadmill was broken. The TVs did not work and you could not access internet at the house. The toilet seats were loose and I almost fell off of the toilet. The toilet in the lower main level was broken. “Grandparents and Aunt flew in from East Coast to meet Grandchildren age 6 and 8 (and their parents.) H2O Sanctuary was our ideal place. Plenty of room inside. Inground pool and separate hot tub outside. Sitting on a lagoon. The grandchildren really enjoyed the pool with their lifeguard Aunt with them. Lots to do locally. “House under repair. Grill unusable at first. . Even after cleaner sent out. They failed to clean out grease trap. My son had to do that. Had to purchase tp and paper towels.kitchen had no minimal supplies for cooking. Kitchen was not prepared for a party of 11”

“So many nice things about this place. We spent a lot of time in the backyard area as the pool is great, neighbors are quiet and the lake adds to the privacy. Kitchen is fully stocked, including linens and paper goods, as mentioned and the outdoor BBQ / Tiki Bar added to kitchen use and being outside. Road in front is pretty quiet and amenities are all real close. Walking path and canal trail is nearby so easy to get out and get some exercise. Lots of linens and bath items. About the only...
