“Good place to stay for a quick trip to lake George”

“The house was perfect! Nice set up for us. Beds were comfy and it was just a few minute drive to downtown Saratoga Springs and the tracks. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This place was very clean. It was better in person than what the pictures showed. I loved having a washer and dryer. It was too hot outside for us to use the hot tub. Plenty of towels and paper products available. Darker curtains for the bedroom would have been nice because the sun rises so early in June. Close to Saratoga Springs and hiking trails.”

“The online photos seem to have been taken many years ago when the property was first built. There has been wear and tear on the facility since, I felt misled the moment I walked in the door. Additionally, there was a powerful cleaning smell throughout our stay, likely masking something else. And there were bugs located in the living space and a hornet's nest outside of the balcony.”

“The rooms were a good size especially for a crawling infant; the location was great; there should have been more lighting in the main room; the heating system was poor and inadequate on one night when the room temperature dropped to 66F or lower -- this was very uncomfortable for us as grandparents as the 6 month infant was unable to sleep and had cold hands and feet ”

“We had a very lovely time at this property. It was conveniently located (about 10 minutes) to our son's weekend soccer tournament! The kids enjoyed the game room and relaxing in the hot tub. We were a couple weekends too early for the pool to be open. The showerhead in the master bath was AMAZINGLY powerful! The kitchen was fully stocked with spices galore, as well as kcups, tea, and hot cocoa! We had enough toiletries to last the weekend, without needing to buy anything extra! The property was...

“Great cozy cottage for the Battenkill bike race. Fully stocked, great views and location. Wish the weather was better to really enjoy the out side fire pit and deck. Absolutely would recommend!”
