This place definitely fit the bill! The home was nicely decorated and was obviously well taken care of, albiet noticably better than the rest of the immediate neighborhood, but the areas seem to change greatly within a short distance. You have to walk through the first bedroom to get to the second bedroom & the back patio but that wasn't a problem for us. Some reasons that I enjoyed the property are:- the bed and pillows are very comfortable - we enjoyed the neighborhood and location. Some reasons I would not give it a 10/10:- the listing says there are bicycles to ride that we would have loved to enjoy. There are 3 bicycles along the fence that are in total disrepair.
