“The place was in very bad condition. It is an old apartment that needs update, cockroaches, running in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bathroom, caulking, mold everywhere It is not something that I will rent again”

“This was an excellent stay in a nicely appointed condo on the east side. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the unit was 16 stories up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors. The nearest subway stop (the "E" line) is a bit of a walk, but there are crosstown bus stops on every block and just outside the lobby. The king-size bed was comfy and...

“Die Zimmer sind wirklich nur zum Schlafen gedacht, ich denke, so war es auch gedacht. Wenn Sie also nur eine Unterkunft zum Übernachten suchen, ist es in Ordnung, aber für einen richtigen Urlaub ist es nicht so toll. Die Lage ist fantastisch, nur wenige Schritte vom Herzen des Times Square entfernt. Das Personal ist gut.”

“Great location. It was in the back of the building, which insulated us from street noise. The only thing I would change is if there were a way to have a small table and two chairs to eat on. It was difficult to eat meals in the apartment because there was no dining surface. Overall, it was an exceptionally nice apartment. If you don’t plan to have meals in the apartment, it’s absolutely perfect. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

“Cons:-Check in was rough. 2 separate addresses were provided which confused things and the host preferred to play chat tag as opposed to calling to efficiently communicate. Lock box was hard to find, attached to something other than what was described and the key was in the wrong lock box. -Lock on the outside of the door to the apt itself was very hard to lock/unlock. -toilet is very small, if you are bigger than a small child you have to sit side saddle on it due to how close to the wall it...

“My child participated in the itheatrics camp, and this location was perfect. He felt safe to walk to rehearsal every day and we could easily walk to shows every night. The location is as described in listing. Small kitchen and living space, but bedroom is large. I felt secure accessing and while inside the building. We saved lots of money having a kitchen available to make simple breakfast and lunch. Every night dinner was out and the food in the area is amazing! There are a ton of laundromats...
