“First and most important, this is NOT a one bedroom apartment. It is very clearly a studio. I asked the host prior to our stay to clarify this and they said that it is a one bedroom with a wall and a door between the living space and the bedroom. They lied. The check-in was a nightmare because we were told that the key lock was on a bike rack near the place. It was a block away on a steel rack around a tree. We had to try several locks before we found the right one. The sheets, comforters...

“The unit itself is great and very clean. My main complaint was with the check in process. We didn’t have our check in information until an hour before our check in time. This is a major issue especially with a long day of travel. Once we got the information everything went smoothly but it was very stressful leading up to that time.”

“Nosotros nos quedamos ahí porque teníamos eventos en la NU Headquarters, excelente ubicación! Caminamos solo unos pasos. El departamento muy limpio, como y seguro ”

“Beautiful and convenient location. Owner quick to answer questions”

“Clean, quiet place to sleep amid a loud city! Owner is communicative and check-in is easy. Great location.”

“Great place”

“The room was clean and the location was excellent. We were not informed about the "short stay" fee of 92 until check-in. That should have either been included in our fee for the room, or we should have been told about it prior to checking in at the desk.”

“We had a wonderful trip to NYC with our family. This cozy unit is central to many places, such as Broadway, Times Square, and Bryant Park. The subway system was also just a short walk away. Great location. The host was informative and easy to reach.”

“I've been here four times now,”
