“Our stay at this Torch Lake VRBO was fantastic — the property was clean, well-equipped, and easy access to the lake was amazing. We'd definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.”

“Overall, we had a nice stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It matched the listing well and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The biggest challenge was the check-in process. The door code we were given didn’t work, and it took longer than expected to get a response from management while we were trying to access the property. Once we got inside, everything went smoothly. The only other suggestion would be to add more storage for clothing. A dresser, luggage...

“The condo was smaller and that’s ok. It lacked in the details department. The pillows are old the bedding is old. The decorating could use some help. The beach area isn’t anything to get excited about. The water looked dirty. I didn’t go in. If you’re going to base your decision on having a beach I’d go elsewhere. The communication was great! The AC was awesome! The bed was very comfortable. It just lacked details. It needs a make over. Especially new pillows and bedding.”

“Property was in woeful condition. The kitchen had appliances that either needed to be replaced or there were not enough basic pieces of equipment to use them. There were 16 wine glasses but no mixing/cooking bowls or strainer. Pots and dish drainer were dirty. The mini-fridge alternated between freezing and thawing, so food could not be kept in it for 2 days in a row. It had minimal freezer space and 2 plastic ice cube trays. The shower/bathtub surface was extremely slippery when wet/soapy. No...

“It met our basic needs for a three day stay in the area. Overall underwhelmed. For starters, we arrived at our appointed time to find the housekeeping staff still working on our room. It took over an hour to have it compete. Needless to say we got off to a bad start. Inside the room was clean and fairly well kept. It was smaller that we had imagined but it met our needs. The colors on the wall and the lighting made the place look drab and lacked the cheerfulness of the pictures. The unit...

“Communication was good until I checked in.
15 minutes after I entered the condo another woman open the door and said she had rented it for the exact same time. I told her I was already unpacked. I communicated to the management team that there were no no pans, cutting board or knives in the condo to cook with. They did not call me or communicate. I took a ton of food to cook for three days and had absolutely nothing to cook..
This was not a camping trip I should not have had to bring supplies...
