Torch Lake Sandbar Waterfront Home - with Dock!

Located on the turquoise waters of Torch Lake, "Torch Cabin" is a spacious waterfront vacation home and the perfect year-round getaway for families looking to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories.

Set directly on the famous Torch Lake Sandbar, the home offers shallow, crystal-clear water, sandy lake bottoms, gorgeous sunsets, and unbeatable lake views. In the fall, the area comes alive with brilliant color, while winter brings nearby opportunities for snowshoeing, downhill and cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling.

Inside, the home features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining area seats up to eight guests and offers beautiful views of the lake. Just off the dining room, the comfortable living room is ideal for family movie nights, games, and relaxing after a day on the water. Guests can enjoy access to Netflix and Hulu TV throughout the home.

A beach-themed sunroom sits at the front of the dining and living area, providing a peaceful spot to enjoy a book or morning coffee. The first-floor primary bedroom includes a queen bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. Also on the main level are a cozy bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a convenient half bath.

Upstairs, guests will find a full bathroom and two large bedrooms: a lakeview bedroom with a king bed, and a fishing-themed bedroom with two full beds. Both rooms include walk-in closets. The upstairs landing offers a welcoming reading nook stocked with books and board games, along with a drink fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Kids will love the wooden train set and basket of Lego Duplos.

The basement is perfect for rainy days, with a fitness room featuring a lifting cage, weight set, exercise balls, and yoga mats, plus a game area with ping-pong, foosball, and air hockey.

Outside, a charming deck overlooks the lake from the water’s edge. The seasonal dock, including a platform, is the perfect place to take in the sunset. Guests may tie a boat to the dock during calm daytime weather, and a mooring buoy is provided in front of the dock in approximately 3 feet of water. The dock is available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The yard also features a romantic lakeside fire pit with firewood provided, perfect for s’mores, camp songs, and ghost stories. A grill is available for cookouts.
