“Great location, great host! The cottage was cozy, clean, and comfortably decorated. We enjoyed being at the ranch, seeing the animals, and enjoying the peace and quiet! But we had business in Dallas and McKinney so the location was very convenient. And of course, when I needed to pick up something from the market, it was just two exits down.LOVED the spot and all of the amenities. Will definitely stay again when in the area.”

“We stayed one night. Neighborhood was quiet and appeared safe. It’s an older home but the owners have made a lot of improvements. The mural in the living room is very nice! Host was responsive. There is an early check-in fee for those wondering. I recommend to park in the back parking area, there is enough space for two vehicles. Access to it is in an alleyway behind the home. The owners did leave a lot of nice touches for guests including individually packaged flossers and mints, coffee...

“This place was absolutely appalling. The pictures do it no justice, it was not clean. There was mold or mildew on the mattress. The towels were NOT clean. The fixtures were dated and rusted. I absolutely would like my money back! ”
