“Like a fairy tale”

“This is a fake listing. We arrived and the room was not booked The Kentmere do not advertise on hotels.com”

“Habitación muy cómoda y personal muy amable”

“It was ok.”

“Excelente ”

“Customer service offered by the staff was excellent. ”

“Perfect boutique hotel in Nairobi. Definitely recommend staying here!”

“Es súper bonito y acogedor. Todo el personal es muy amable y accesible. La comida está deliciosa”

“El hotel es un espectáculo en decoración y arquitectura pero en las habitaciones descuidaron las mismas cosas, una pena, esperaba mucho más ya que el precio no es barato.”

“Great hotel. The gym was good, but they opened up later than scheduled. Their restaurant was good and there are other restaurants across the street. The rooms were excellent. Safe area. Beautiful hotel too. The cons: WiFi was weak in the second room that I was given. It was strong in the UZI building, so request that building. The pillows were not good. They did not provide shampoo, but I brought my own anyway.”

“Staff was kind and obliging”

“Never had I so many messages from a property on Expedia. This was rather annoying; ignore them, and I hope that they will change their policy. The staff were helpful. The hot water heaters are only for the showers, which is sort of strange. The rooms were just OK.”
