“This is a very clean and well supplied apartment. There were plenty of towels, shower products and coffee for our use . The bed was really comfortable.There were clear instructions for use of tv and air conditioning. I received an email making sure all was going well and contact information if it was required. We were there primarily for a concert at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater, but took the opportunity to explore the neighborhood. “We had only 1 criteria for booking a stay which was it had to gave a pool and hot tub. We were in Bend to ride bikes. Post ride hot tub was a priority. When we get there the pool hot tube area was gated and required a pass key. The host provided no pass key. When confronted the host gave me a song and dance then suggested I flag someone inside the area to open the gate.We paid for a hot tub, we shouldnt have to act like dirtbag ski bums poaching a hot tub. Additionally the towels smelled rancid...

“Have more then a half roll of toilet paper, more then 1 tiny garbage bag, have the key to the pool room like paid for, dish soap to clean the provided dishes”
