Cox Hill House es una gran casa con énfasis en estancias familiares.
Cox Hill House consta de lo siguiente:

1 habitación doble con baño
1 habitación doble
2 habitaciones con dos camas
1 gemelo de la planta baja que se puede convertir en un superking y también puede tomar una cuna.

Hay un lavabo y lavabo en la planta superior y un baño familiar en la planta baja
Hay un salón con gran quemador de leña, comedor, jardín de invierno, utilidad y cocina grande y bien equipada.

Cox Hill House se encuentra a 15 minutos al oeste de Truro, a 15 minutos al este de Redruth y a menos de 30 minutos de la costa norte o sur.

Estamos en una zona rural a menos de 10 minutos de las principales rutas de autobús a Truro, St Ives y más allá.

Nuestra ubicación es muy tranquila y silenciosa, tenemos un gran jardín seguro para niños y perros.

Estamos rodeados de caminos de herradura y senderos públicos que le permiten explorar la zona a pie o en bicicleta. Estamos ubicados dentro de un sitio de minería de patrimonio mundial y puede ir y explorar las antiguas casas de minería que están a la vuelta de la esquina. El ciclo de Bissoe a Portreath se puede unir en la parte inferior de nuestro carril.

Si ir de compras es lo tuyo, entonces Truro es el lugar para visitar para la terapia minorista.

Realmente somos muy céntricos para la mayoría de las atracciones y si has tenido un día ajetreado visitando la ciudad, en la playa o de compras, entonces regresando a Cox Hill House es el lugar para que vengas a relajarte.

Great for a group or family holiday

Perfect place to stay! The house and garden is amazing. Lovely and clean with everything you could need for a long or short break away. We were having a friends group trip away and we loved spending the evening at the large table to play games or relaxing in the garden. We would highly reccomend cox hill house to anyone and we hope to stay again in the future. Owners were also amazing and very helpful/friendly should you need anything.

A perfect place for us to gather to attend a family wedding nearby and to enjoy some relaxation after the celebrations. The house was clean, comfortable, spacious and well appointed with everything you could need. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Our wonderful stay at Cox Hill House

This was our second visit to this property. The standard of cleanliness and presentation of the property was excellent. The garden proved to be a big hit with the younger members of our group with them even playing badminton in a rain storm. We definitely return to Cox Hill House again

Perfect for a family holiday

Perfect sized property for the 10 of us. A huge garden for the children to play in. Only 15 minutes drive from perranporth beach which is one of my favourites. Couldn’t fault anything. We hope to book again next year. Thank you Jools.

Amazing

Cox Hill House was an amazing house for our family to stay in and a huge secure garden for our dogs to enjoy. The house was fully equipped with loads of space for us all. The hosts were very friendly and we loved meeting Henry and Hank !!

What a great place, perfect for large groups

First I must state how great our hosts were, Jules and Philip gave just the right amount of attention when needed and otherwise left us to get on with our holiday. From the minute we entered the property we knew we had picked a good place. We had enough parking for 4 cars, we had 2 properties, one for 10 and one for 4 both with gardens. The large property had a garden big enough for us to socialise and eat outside together. The kitchen was fully equipped including a range cooker, 2 fridge freezers and a utility room with washing machine and dryer - all of which were used over the week. Beds were great, linen was nice and fresh everything clean and tidy. The location was superb, we travelled to the East, West and South coasts (25 to 45 mins). Superstores close by and Truro is only 15 mins away. We had a great time and would highly recommend this place and the fab hosts. I'm sure we'll be back.

Fantastic stay.

Beautifully presented and very clean property. Exceeded our expectations. Owners very friendly. Located close to numerous places such as Truro, Falmouth, St. Ives and Perranporth. Owners dogs next door were a great attraction to everyone! Highly recommended. Hope to stay again soon!

Worgans in Cornwall

The property was excellent and very well equipped with Philip and Jules on hand if we needed any help (though we didn’t need any). It was great to have a large garden and patio area, and there were lots of outside toys for the kids. The location is very quiet so you do need a car to get to places, beaches, etc. but none are too far away. We had a great satay and all wished it could have been longer.

Perfect property, perfect location

Very clean house with everything you need, layout just right, like home from home. Huge garden, with fab bbq eating area. Perfect location as it's quite central for everything. We will definitely go back there again.

Ideal house for a family gathering. Great facilities, location and really helpful hosts.
