“I hate the star system. The Humboldt Abode was absolutely lovely except for a few things. First, the good. “Clean room. No staff!! Check in was confusing. After we filled in the registration, instructions were incomplete as to where you place your palm. There were locks in the office that we thought you put your palm against. Found out from another guest that you put your palm on the door knob to gain entry to our room!! After that all was well.”
