“Place is as advertised. It has great separation of space for living and sleeping. The place is clean and comfortable with a fantastic view. We really appreciated the location and being able to explore downtown Florence simply by walking out the door.”

“Stayed here for a couple nights with my sister and our elderly mom on a "gals trip" down the coast. It was a very comfortable spot, nicely decorated, with a "tucked away" quiet vibe and a pleasant view. We liked that it was close enough to town but away from the bustle. We enjoyed leisurely meals on the deck. Tracy gave us a warm welcome (and a bottle of Oregon Pinot, which was a nice touch) and was around to answer any questions we had, as she lives above the rental unit. My mom is mobility...

“We very much enjoyed this property, which was one block over from the bay. The property manager lives next-door and is super friendly and helpful. It’s close to Reedsport and all sorts of outdoor activities. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.”

“Great location right on the lake”

“Near the beach, short walk was no problem. Definitely a beach shack, perfect for us! Well laid out, very easy to get comfortable, Altho the floor is concrete so took a while to warm up the place. Also the sheets were crusty :/ and we had to change them, but they had extras east to find. They seemed laundered, but not clean. We would stay again, but we like quirky little shacks :) The most uncomfortable part was communication with Vacasa. A little expensive for what you get, with all the fees.”

“I’ve stayed at a lot of places over the years and this was a treat. Far larger than the pictures reveal. The decor was tasteful and not too busy or overboard on a theme. Felt like a home away from home. Kitchen was great. I really appreciated the fenced in patio for myself and the dogs. Neighbors are good country folk. Sand dunes minutes nearby at the honeymoon picnic area. Town and shopping gave the fun tourist activists of boutiques, coffee and farmer’s market all while being close to a quiet...

“We came to play on the dunes for my husband's birthday. It was a great location and the Studio is so cute and has everything you need for an amazing getaway. Even without quads just a getaway by the lake would be amazing. 10 out 0f 10, highly recommend this place for any couple.”

“Location, stay and cleanliness were excellent. Had to call Vacasa for entry instructions, since none were received via text or email. Finally did get an email, but the entry instructions were incorrect. The entry code works on the door lock- Not the lock box to the left as instructed.”

“I loved this apartment; it was so homey and comfortable and nostalgic, especially the screened porches on front and back. I would have loved to stay there longer. My only problem was that the host didn’t contact me until the last hour even though I repeatedly emailed and called and I spent a day being nervous that we wouldn’t be able to get in. I understand not giving check in instructions too early, but it would have been nice to get some reassurance that I did have the apartment confirmed.”

“Great home and very clean. Great communication w/ property owner. Had to extend our stay because of airport closing due to weather in Eugene. We were on the bottom level so when guest were in the up stairs unit it was a bit loud. (perfect when no one was renting out the upper part) ”

“This accommodation was a large heritage home made into nice sized apartments. This apartment had a nice sized kitchen with all amenities. Coffee and treats were left for us . The bedroom was simple but the bed was very comfortable. A white noise machine was in the bedroom if needed. We spent a few evenings watching a movie and felt very safe. Parking was provided for us in the back of building. Highly recommend the beautiful Japanese garden and Shores Acre!! Then we went to Newport and watched...

“The pictures presented a property that was in better condition than reality. The sofa bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The king bed was also not very comfortable. On the plus side, it felt roomy and the kitchen was well equipped.”
