“Staff are not frendly type Specially in Front desk ”

“This property need a lot of work done before I dare revisit it, I’ve been lied to by the staff, the taxi service scammed us every step of the way, different prices on everything, not worth going out there until they improve the service of their staff and the situation with their rooms, the room was subpar it wasn’t like exactly comfy, the room ac was buggy and the bathroom had a terrible stench/smell to it, the entire time we were there the pool was closed and the Landry was open then closed...

“The property’s location is excellent! Nice huge rooms, but hotel room marble floors were very dirty, not mopped and toilet bowls were stained. I suggest that housekeeping needs to do a thorough cleaning of the hotel rooms to keep the hotel property in good condition.”

“Bed: Old and run down. Pool was dirty. Felt a bit deserted as well. No activities readily available. Lunch was mediocre. Mixed drinks at night were bad tasting. Because lunch was so bad we walked down the street to The Wild Orchid for dinner. Good. Rooms are large spacious with natural lighting. Bedding and pillows were good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Aussie Breakfast was delicious and well priced.”
