“The unit was exactly as shown in pictures: clean, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable chair/couch, table looks over side street for morning coffee people watching. The linens and king bed were spotless and comfy. Plenty of towels available and a small wall heater in the bathroom. There are stairs to get to unit but stair hall is wide, easy to navigate. “We have rented from Sami before at this same location and property is as described. Sami is a very attentive Manager and always around and seen frequently onsite. Property works for out family and prefer the location. We try to come back to this location every year!”

“This lovely old home has the most modern interior that is a comfortable distance to Portsmouth without being in the city. Attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness as well as the fully stocked beverages that can be added to your bill. I was able to reach Doug immediately concerning check-in as I was having trouble getting my home internet and he was so helpful. Should we come back again we will definitely stay here as they even allowed our 58 pound dog Emma to be with us. Emma loved...
