“Love this place. Feels like stepping back in time but with modern comfort. Bed was super comfy, room was spacious. Staff were lovely. Bathroom and room was clean. Short walk to train station. Won't hesitate to book again”

“Love it at Mission Bay Easy to get to from central Auckland and a lovely place to stay! ”

“Yes room beautiful, but no milk provided. ”

“Had a fabulous 3 nights here - great location, easy walking to Onetangi - and a forward roll home from Casita Miro! Has everything you need and is so comfy- bonus is the great produce for a very tasty breakfast- we will be back!”

“I found the bedroom cold”

“Our group had an awesome stay. Friendly and accommodating hosts and the spa was a hit! Close to the event we were attending so was perfect for our family/friend group of 6. Thanks very much :)”

“Great place to stay. Close to so much and very homey.”

“We appreciate that Ayling responds so promptly and willingly to any concerns or requests.”

“This place was great, in a lovely location near the sea and a bay for swimming. Susan was responsive and helpful. There was a lot of nice touches like beach towels and cooking condiments. I highly recommend this as a lovely quiet place to get away. ”

“Great accommodation, perfect location, close to beach and supermarket, great for a relaxing break. ”

“Lovely place close to Oneroa. Walking distance to everything we needed for a relaxing break.”

“The place smelled terrible. Definitely not what was advertised. Could not stay due to the smell and the owner refuses to refund our money. Wouldn’t recommend it.”

“The location”

“Modern, very clean, so quiet, fabulous views of water and Auckland city, great bathroom, perfect bed linen for hot nights, great cooling fan and could even leave windows open all night and be bug free! A car is a must. ”
