“No nos quedamos en esa propiedad, tuvimos que irnos a los 20 minutos de llegar, hacia mucho frío y no había agua caliente ni calefacción, las calles para llegar son muy peligrosa y son montañas que el carro que rente no podía subir y la calles son muy estrecha. En esa montaña no hay un lugar donde comprar comida.. es un lugar que está muy alejado del centro y para llegar al lugar se pasa mucha trabajo !! Cancele desde que llegue y solo me hicieron un reembolso de $697 cuando la casa costó $1565 ...

“Made the reservation in Expedia and when we got to the property they said it was already taken, nobody help you from the property and also didn’t take any responsibility at all, their response was rude and didn’t care at all that we arrived at night and didn’t have any place to stay, they booked the room to multiple customers to have the best $$$ for them and then acted like the reservation didn’t exist, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! ”

“We have mixed feeling about the place. The pictures make it look very large/capacious but the space was quite tight. we were 12 people and the house sleeps 16 but we felt we were constantly on top of each other. The house is 4 stories so lots of creaky stairs. Noise carries easily so tough to sleep. water pipes make unusual noise. one of the showers leaks into the bedroom. upstairs bedroom had a bed bug.hostess ( Manuela ) was great and responds quickly. “Claudia was by far the greatest host you can ask for. From organizing our transportation from Medellin to delivering one of most romantic nights we as a couple had.
