“I loved our stay and was so impressed with the size of the room, the comfy bed, the awesome facilities in the room, the balcony, all of it! Will definitely be back again. However, unfortunately I do feel I need to mention a couple of disappointing factors which I only mention on here so attention is brought to it & dealt with.
