“Had a great time with our family of 7 adults and 2 kiddos. To be transparent, totally booked this place for the awesome backyard and the bedroom to bathroom ratio. The interior decor is NOT my taste but we were rarely inside. Not far from all the wineries and just remote enough for us. Had a little issue with the A/C in part of the house so hopefully it will be rectified by the time another guest arrives. Wish there’s been more plastic selections of plates/bowls for outside, but other than that...

“Simon was a wonderful host -- great communication and hospitality. The grounds and avocado and citrus groves are so beautiful and peaceful, and the views from the cottage all around are striking. Simon gave us a description of the grounds and we had little walks with our pup through the groves, picking up a ripe orange or avocado here and there. Delicious. Fresh morning orange juice. Grapefruit too. He truly has a special place.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful and excellent response from the property owner. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. If we’re ever in Oceanside again we will definitely book here!!Side note very close to everything Beach, Zoo, Legoland and, if you have friends or family on Camp Pendleton it’s a short 15 minute drive to base gate. ”

“We stayed here for a week with our kids and loved it. The place sits on about five acres, so the kids ran and played while we relaxed. Every morning we drank coffee by the warm pool and watched the valley wake up. The rest of the day was full of cannonballs and float time. “Home is very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of activities to stay occupied, board games, movies, cornhole, pool table, darts but my absolute favorite, sitting on the back porch with my cup of coffee watching the farm animals. The home, property is beautiful and the host is attentive and welcoming . My family and I loved it and would definitely stay here again.”

The landscaping is absolutely stunning and the little deck in the back of the house was perfect to sit and enjoy the gorgeous property and a cup of coffee!
