En la página de internet no comentan que la piscina está en reconstrucción y cuando llegamos queríamos usar la alberca y nos dijeron q estaba en glnstruccion el mismo día

For the last 8 days I was in three different hotel, the first one was the expensive and was a really nice hotel, the second was ok just to go to sleep, was the pretty much the same like the J resort in price but was the room really old, and finally the last one the "J resort" same great conditions the room like the first one y a great price like the second.

Beautiful hotel and casino. We stayed in Birch Tower. Room was large with a comfortable bed, two chairs and small table. Has a nice large shower. Also had a small fridge and coffee maker. We ate dinner at Hannah’s Table, excellent food and very reasonable prices. We will stay here again when in town.

The staff were amazing and we were really happy with our room! It was very clean. The gym is on the smaller side, but everything worked and was in good condition. We would definitely stay here again.

Very helpful staff (Wendy stands out) also Crystal. Wendy accompanied us to our room to make sure we were satisfied. We also appreciated the 10th floor Birch tower housekeeper. We made a last minute trip for our anniversary and were treated Royally. They are making many improvements, we look forward to returning in the future to enjoy their improved accommodations.
