“I was surprised at the layout when we arrived. Front door entrance you walk right onto the first bedroom, small, then into a tiny hallway where there was a small table that hosted a coffee machine and hotplate. Then into a little larger 2nd bedroom with a shared attached bathroom. As far as a kitchenette, it was not. No small sink to wash or get water from. Microwave and small toaster oven in the larger bedroom with a tiny undercounter refrigerator! We had 4 people staying. BBQ grill was...

“Great location and perfect for our needs. Plus free veggies from a cute garden in the back!”

“We love to stay at this lovely home! It is spacious, quiet, comfortable, and well located for Folsom frolics! The Host was pleasant, prompt, and accommodating for the few requests we had at the last minute. Five Stars all the way!”

“Good”

“I have stayed at this place now for two different group gaming weekends and it cannot be matched for this purpose. First, the overall space and layout is great. There is plenty of room for multiple board games etc. to be going at the same time. The myriad other games throughout the house also serve as a fun distraction as well when you need a change of pace. The internet was also very stable and fast for any LAN Party type needs as well. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Everyone in my...

“Ease of checking in”

“Great stay.”

“What a wonderful place to enjoy time with extended family and friends! The location was amazing - so quiet and private but close to sooo much. We loved being close to the lake, restaurants, wineries, Costco, and so much more. At the same time, it was hard to leave the property, with all its great gathering spots inside and out.”

“Pretty nice spot, very lively neighborhood and close to a lot of stores and restaurants.”

“Everything was exactly as described and we had a wonderful visit. We would happily visit again. The host was extremely responsive to any inquiries (within minutes). Cheers”

“Amazing stay great location host is kind and very helpful”

“Very conveniently located across from Old town pizza and next to the brewery. Down town is easily walkable and accessible. Was exactly as described, house is very cute and well decorated. Plenty of room to socialize and be comfortable. The AC system is a big upside as summer comes around. Overall was a good deal and had a great time.”

“Clean room. Nearby to what we needed to see family. Don’t use the kitchen appliances. Has washer and dryer.”

“No sé respeto la hora de check in, ni la anticipada ofrecida por el anunciante ni la estándar. Entregaron la propiedad casi una hora tarde, y no hubo más que una disculpa. La propiedad la rente por un viaje de placer asi que todo lo programe para no tener que esperar en la calle a que me entregaran la propiedad, y eso no lo considero el anunciante, es más él no me notifico del retraso, me entere hasta que llegue unos minutos después del check in estándar.”

“House was impeccably clean. Beds were very comfortable. All amenities were available, like kitchen gear, extra bedding and newly installed appliances and homewares. Our host was attentive, very quick to reply and kind. Great location in Auburn to access shops and main thoroughfare, yet very private, quiet and good neighborhood. I would recommend this house and host for anyone who’s looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay in Auburn.”

“This was my first time renting a Vrbo and it was really enjoyable. The house was very cozy and the perfect location for our golf trip around Auburn. The hosts were very good with communication and very professional. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.”
