Apartamentos en Reseda

“Picturesque location as an escape from the traffic and noise. Eclectic and artsy lodging created by free spirits over time. Some might say quirky. Accommodation was not modern which provided extra charm. Comfortable for just me to get away, but close to beach and city and its offerings. Hosts responded quickly and provided great directions to off beaten path. I would stay here again when I have more time to hike and explore (nearby state park). Thanks so much.”

“Un sitio fantastico y muy agradable. Para repetir. La unica omega es que estaban realizando obras en un apartamento del complejo y los ruidos y molestias eran constantes. Los dueños no avisaron que se estaban haciendo obras en e establecimiento, por lo que la estancia durante el día era imposible. ”

“Nice little getaway spot”

“It feels nice and private”

“I liked that the fridge stayed cold and having a terrace gave us outdoor space. The beds were comfortable for two after long days visiting places like Moorpark College nearby.”

“Absolute stunning views. Felix was an amazing host and very efficient in replying to any questions we had. Pool was amazing. Would highly recommend staying here than a hotel! Will return next time we are visiting LA.”

“So close to magic mountain! Perfect distance to go home and relax and go back for more fun! Had a lovely coffee bar set up with many options for coffee, decaf and tea! Beautiful view! Right next to the pool!”

“Everything was great.”

“Muy bien comunicado y ubicado.Tiene aparcamiento.Estaba muy limpio y equipado para viajar en familia.”

“This is my second time at this apartment and like the other everything was perfect. The apartment has everything you could need and is one of the safest and quietest neighborhoods.”

“Location, location, location.Steps away from the fabulous shops and restaurants of Santa Monica's Montana Avenue, in one of the nicest neighborhoods for walking in all of the Los Angeles area. Whole Foods and a larger grocery store both within easy walking distance as well. Sara, the host, was incredibly responsive, and there were so many nice touches, including a supply of coffee that lasted me the whole 6 weeks I was there, a handy water cooler, fresh muffins and flowers upon my arrival, and...

“Yes, the rooms were clean. The host was very available and responded to our concerns very quickly. The location was perfect in regards to what we were doing. The mattress was firm and perfect for sleeping.”

“I had a wonderful stay, I felt like I was in an oasis! The outdoor patio was great, the bed and couch bed were comfortable. A great space and very clean and peaceful”

“Place was perfect for my experience. Beautiful view.. The parking and axis up the tight roads not so great but overall 4.55. I wish that we could do it again but due to the tight road was an SUV is not good. The one step walking down is too deep of a step. Almost blew my knee out but all in all great spot. Quiet definitely will put it as a love.”

“The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.”

“We had a fantastic stay in Burbank. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. One of the biggest advantages was the free parking. The neighborhood felt very safe, and having a supermarket nearby made it easy to buy groceries during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and convenient to use, which made preparing meals very enjoyable. Check-in was quick and simple. Since the room was accessed with a door code, we didn’t have to carry a key around,...

“The apartment was perfect for my son and i to stay in. It central to where we needed to be and was close to a supermarket and gym which was convenient for daily food & exercise. Kitchen at apartment was great with many appliances to cook with. Host was super helpful even before we arrived with tips and assistance with package issues. Only minor issue was the bed was small for us both to share - it might be small for tall and bigger people. I am 5'11 for reference.”
