“Very nice, clean property. The bedrooms have no AC, but there are fans in the closets. We were able to use them and were comfortable enough to sleep in the evenings. It was a very humid week while we stayed. There was only one AC unit in the house and it shut down during our stay, but Harry had someone there in an hour to take care of it. I would recommend The Loft.”

“We enjoyed our stay at The Brown Stone; the photos accurately reflect the unit and it's a really convenient location. The Brown Stone well-lit and fully stocked with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family of 3. Driving to Fayetteville for dinner took about 10 minutes (lots of great options) and driving to ACE for white water rafting took less than 15 minutes.The location is close to the road (hwy 16) so there is a lot of road noise. “This property was absolutely perfect! Nestled in Fayetteville with bars, restaurants and nature all just steps away. The property itself was METICULOUS! Not a single speck of dirt anywhere, including hallways and common areas. It was extremely well appointed-down to extra batteries for remote controls if needed!
