“Great stay”

“Không gian thoải mái, nhiều hoạt động cho trẻ em”

“The property itself is very spacious and clean, with the exception of malfunctioning sliding doors to the backyard/pool area, which leads to the gate to the community area in the back. This would have been extremely unsafe if the area was busy. However, due to COVID, all constructions were halted, possibly for years, and the whole area looked deserted. The 2 restaurants on-site are closed. So are the retails/restaurants along the main street outside of the resort, made it very inconvenient when...

“Cottage Hồ Tràm thì quá đỉnh rùi, ko cần phải nói nhiều. Nhìn cách bày trí là chắc chắn sẽ có nhiều lần quay lại đây ở tiếp, được thêm cái nhân viên dễ thương nữa nên mình ưng lắm”

“Great modern, artistic property with loads of space, amenities and excellent rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of local and international food. Our one disappointment was the find in the Muoi restaurant wasn’t as good as the other restaurants and quite bland for a local cuisine.”

“Love the view here”

“Overall service was excellent. However, there are just 2 restaurants. While only 1 serve dinner during weekday. The restaurant name steak and bone, yet there isn’t really steak. It seems to be over price. I stay at floor 11 (closely highest floor) below either fountain or kids water play ground and it is so noisy at night. I was told that it will turn off at night, but all night long can hear the water that comes can’t sleep well. Another thing, the room temp can be set @22C. But it is so...

“Iconic Long Hai is one of the better properties located in Long Hai. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean with the exception of the grout inside the shower. The bed are comfortable, however the luggage rack are design more for just carry on luggage’s. If you bring a large luggage, it will not fit. Breakfast buffet only available on the weekends or whenever they have high occupancy; otherwise, there’s an à la carte menu. The breakfast is decent. At night time, they close the garage door,...

“We found the best feature for us was the swimming pool. The complex is very large and there is quite a lot of walking. And at my age walking up hill is not good. They have these golf carts that pick you up whenever you want. So that’s another way to get around. But we still enjoyed our stay”

“What one would expect for a casino ,bit expensive accross the table ,m8nd the punt”

“Staff are super friendly & helpful. The food at the on-site restaurant was excellent.”
