“A lovely welcome pack greets you. Thank you. Bedrooms clean as well as shower room. However on the minus side it was not mentioned that the WC is incredible small and they the door opens out to the stairs. At night you could get it wrong and fall down the stairs. We left a light on to help us seeing the edge of the stairs. The road seems to be uses as a rat race and vehicles are driving very fast down the strip at any time during the day or night. “Lovely and clean and great location. Tricky to find fault but for the premium price quoted I would recommend a bag of logs for guests. No nearby parking means carrying heavy logs is not an option and it was cold. Also the 4pm check in is not helpful trying to find a needle in the haystack on the dark! Otherwise perfect.”

“Ideal location in the heart of Wells and plenty of space for x3 couples. Heating effective and all rooms had enough space. Only complaint was that we moved some furniture and there was debris underneath and cobwebs in the lights and ceiling which surprised us in this climate we now have to live in. Also the stairs to one of the bedrooms were very steep and could cause some issues with people with poor mobility but overall we had an enjoyable stay”

“Great place to stay with dogs. Nice rooms and a kitchen. They also provide EV Car charging which I took advantage of for £20/day. This property does not come up on the Hotels.com search filter for EV charging locations. ”
