Hoteles haciendas en Reserva y Parque Nacional Marino Diani - Chale

“The hotel was kept in excellent condition; my room was cleaned & towels were changed daily. The rooftop bar & pool were also maintained in tiptop shape. All of the staff were smiling, helpful & professional; with special mention of Robert (manager), Fridah, Joseph & Nassir (reception), Rashid (marketing), Jane & Sharleen (waitresses) & Tina (head cleaner). The security personnel were always alert & polite. The food was always well prepared with a great menu selection (& room service readily...

“Muy buen trato y muy confortable!”

“It’s high quality accommodation in a beautiful garden in Diani. Rooms are very large, both bedroom and bathroom. Also a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens. Very handy, walkable, to the amazing beach. Short Tuk-Tuk ride to the supermarket and restaurants. The pool is dreamy, water sparkling clean and warm. Breakfast is a real treat, the evening meal (if ordered) a bit of a disappointment. We will be back.”

“Staff was the highlight of the stay - super friendly and helpful. Room is dated already, not much amenity (had to ask for hair dryer every time needed to use). Same chain as Boxo so sometimes Boxo guests sneaked in and used the pool which was not very nice. An ok stay, bit less quality than the price paid”

“Todo incluido lleno de alemanes. En general está bien. El alcohol es de baja calidad, pero tienen cerveza Tusker de Barril.”

“Alles ist sehr sauber und schön. Die Zimmer haben alles, was man braucht. Frühstück ist”
