Apartamentos en Reston

“Honestly, I don't know if the people mnanaging this or the people at the front desk have ever been in this apartment building. We were told our FOBs were programmed for parking and that we should go down to the front desk and have them reprgrammed. The FOBs don't work for parking. You need another clicker. The water did not get hot enough. To make it worse, the entrie time we were there (18 days), there was no water pressure. We were told it was a problem in the whole building. When I checked...

“The unit worked for our short term needs and was walking distance to shops and restaurants”

“The accommodations were excellent and convenient to Reston Town Center. Our host, Ms Chaudhry was very responsive in answering our questions and provided exceptional service.”

“The property was as advertised. It was nice, comfortable, clean, and neat. The one issue was the mattress in the master bedroom (the Kiss Room) was pretty hard. It bothered our backs after a couple of nights, but that was the only drawback. For awareness,it’s not walking distance to any major locations, but we knew that when we booked it. However, there are plenty of locations nearby for shopping, groceries, restaurants, etc. Overall, I would stay again with a mattress switch out if I was...

“Host was responsive to all needs. Location is tremendous and the building is beautiful.”

“Excellent overall. Very responsive staff. Extra bed (convertible) in LR was impossible to sleep in. ”

“It was an inconvenience from the beginning until the end. Front desk is never at their desk… I waited an hour just to check out….when front desk is finally available they don’t guide you properly they seem lost themselves. I was never asked for an ID but was provided a key - I never received the package they are suppose to provide. I had to pay $20 a day for parking. While I was in the room I got a message that they were going to cancel my stay due to the third party not having a picture of...

“Good. Location, sunlight, amenities, security, clean, Medium. Looked good, but furniture was not upholstered enough, kitchen missing towels, cleaner, sponges, trash bags. BAD. The worst bed I have ever had in a vrbo. The ad was for a queen, which would have been fine but it had been changed out for a king, which was I believe a king box spring meant to stage the apartment. Our contact was helpful, she purchased a bed topper which helped somewhat. Other - Really could have used a notebook...

“Overall, the apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location, close to the town center, restaurants, and shopping. It had everything needed for an extended stay, including linens, cookware, an iron, and other essentials. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the appliances were in good condition. There were a few areas for improvement. Parking was difficult to secure and quite expensive. Although I stayed for only two weeks, I was required to pay for an entire...

“This just what we wanted. This is a great location and the management company is very proffesional. They advertised 3 nearly identical units, but the pictures of the unit we booked did not match to the unit. It was not the furnishings, it was the location and sizes of the windows that told us that you get a random unit.”

“We had a wonderful time staying here. The desk staff were super helpful, and everything in the apartment itself was just what we needed. Fantastic location as well.”

“My partner and I stayed a weekend, exactly as advertised, good service, great location, highly recommended ”

“we will refer & return!”
