They advertised 3 nearly identical units, but the pictures of the unit we booked did not match to the unit. It was not the furnishings, it was the location and sizes of the windows that told us that you get a random unit.”

“The walkability of the hotel was amazing. The hotel itself was very nice. The front desk staff is great. We loved DeShawn. The grounds are so pretty. Our particular suite was NOT in great condition. The tp holder was torn off the wall with a hole in the drywall. he blinds in the family room were broken. It looked like someone had had a party in there. I am still waiting to hear about some type of compensation.”

The worst bed I have ever had in a vrbo. The ad was for a queen, which would have been fine but it had been changed out for a king, which was I believe a king box spring meant to stage the apartment. Our contact was helpful, she purchased a bed topper which helped somewhat. Other - Really could have used a notebook...

“Honestly, I don't know if the people mnanaging this or the people at the front desk have ever been in this apartment building. We were told our FOBs were programmed for parking and that we should go down to the front desk and have them reprgrammed. The FOBs don't work for parking. You need another clicker. The water did not get hot enough. To make it worse, the entrie time we were there (18 days), there was no water pressure. We were told it was a problem in the whole building. When I checked...
